Leadership and staff will take only reasonable, mission-aligned compensation. The Institute does not exist to maximize personal wealth. All funds are managed with prudence, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
Charitable Assistance
If and when PocketP generates excess funds — after covering operational needs and maintaining prudent reserves — those funds will be used to provide structured, needs-based charitable assistance designed to relieve economic distress and promote stability.

No donations are used for excessive salaries or personal enrichment. Funds are allocated toward research and development, operational sustainability, educational initiatives, and charitable assistance.
Once the organization has reached profitability and established adequate financial reserves, we will provide periodic transparency reports detailing fund allocation, assistance provided, and measurable impact. These reports will be sent directly by email to members of our mailing list.
